When and where?

The DuSRA Annual Meeting 2024 will take place at Wageningen Campus, Aurora Building (Vijfde Polder 1, 6708 WC Wageningen), on October 14 and 15 2024.

Aim

The aim of the DuSRA annual meeting is to connect researchers in any ageing field in the Netherlands, to share research findings and to start collaborations.

Costs

Participation to this event is free for all DuSRA members. DuSRA membership is €50/year (PhD-students pay only €30/year). You can become a member here: https://dusra.nl/want-to-become-a-member/

Abstract submission

We cordially invite everyone to submit abstracts, for oral presentations only (no posters). We particularly ask PI’s to encourage their PhD’s and postdocs to submit abstracts. We have a total of 32 slots for presentations (seven 15-minute talks, and twenty-five 5-minute talks).

In the registration form, indicate that you plan to submit an abstract. You will then receive submission instructions.

Accommodation

Fletcher Hotel ‘De Wageningsche Berg’ has reserved a limited number of rooms for us with a fixed price of €107,50 per night (including breakfast) if you use a specific code. This code will be included in the confirmation e-mail of your registration for the DuSRA annual meeting.

Rooms for two persons are €124 and can be booked with the same code.

Dinner

Monday evening the 14th of October 2024, there is a dinner at the Fletcher Hotel ‘De Wageningsche Berg’. You can subscribe to this dinner via the registration. Costs are €25 per person.

Coming to Wageningen

The event takes place at WUR Campus Wageningen. The Campus can be easily reached via public transportation from NS Train station Ede-Wageningen. From station Ede-Wageningen, it’s just a bus ride to Wageningen Campus. You can use line C3 and depart at the Campus/Forum bus stop. From the bus stop it is a 5 minutes walk to the Aurora building.
